Application:ZJA is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others. It is designed for the vacuum filter of expensive oil such as fresh oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high tension transformer oil (cover110v, major transformer), and for vacuum oiling, and drying of transformers. This filter can live line work on the spot.
Feature:· Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil such as water, air and gas.
· It can be widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.
· Precise fine multi-stage filtration helps remove mechanical impurities in oil; High-quality filter element is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance.
· Imported parts are used for all electric system, which ensures operation of the equipment with high performance.
· An advanced infrared liquid level control system with automatic control, allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine, and lamps indicates the condition for operation.
· Precision oil pumps for designated purpose are used, which have low noise and environmental regulatory compliance is well met.
· Purifiers are equipped with an interlocked safety protective device: Oil outlet over pressure can be achieved via an overflow valve; Oil inlet will interlock with heating system which avoids any possible negative impacts caused by mal-operation.
Optional mode:· The customer's request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent and displaying dynamically.
· The filtrated oil testing equipment can be collocated.
· The whole set of this machine can be made mobile, immovable or dragged by car.
· All types of filter can be offered hermetical, canopy-covering or open-air.
· Various sizes and configuration (alloy shield) are available.
